Wherever I can. From any portal,site and in between I'll tell ppl how horrible the higher ups are at blue postal.Tonique Darling Hwy.Do not send your packages to this shipping company. Someone decided at 4 am to use my card to clear an item that I sent back two months prior.But for some arrange reason the storage fees was still accumulating. Now it's been about 2 weeks. And I'm constantly being told to please be patient.And still my Shein package is colle8storage fees bc they just refuse to clear up something so simple.. I am livid. So many other issue's to .I could literally just go off.HELP!!

Once again the worse shipping company to date. I And a slew of customers have reached out boiling point with this shipping company. Almost 3 month's and we just got a outlet to finally recieve our packages. FINALLY ALMOST 3 agonizing month's they send us all an email..No discount No apologies for this inconvenience.....Just now we're to ship to the list of shipping Co that we now choose. What a bunch of foolishness. Calls have gone ignored Long waiting times online. And nothing came out of it. I them decided to go myself. And they have one of the nicest agent's Marie Ferguson catching g all their slack....Pathetic. DO NOT USE BP AS YOU'RE SHIPPING COMPANY..... THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER....
