Frequently Asked Questions

An import is all the details submitted for a customer's entry. This includes details such as the package tracking number, item details, and invoices. Each package requires it's own import.

The one-time setup fee starts at $100 and is based on the plan and features being implemented.

Once the basic information is provided (logo, calculator rules, etc), it takes up to 3 business days. If using custom web pages additional time will be required based on requirements.

To change your calculator rules, you simply email us with the required changes. There is no cost to update your calculator rules at this time. For custom web page changes a quote will be provided based on requirements.

Subscriptions are billed quaterly and can be cancelled before the next renewal.
